Our Process

We spent time with the employees of telecom providers listening to their pain points. We deciphered what they really needed, prioritized these needs and created user journey maps for each user group.

The user journey maps gave us clarity on what users need and how it should be grouped, prioritized and presented.

We wanted to break the notion that the SharePoint portals are always boring. We redefined the User experience of share point with a completely Modern yet efficient user interface!

Platform Perfection

As an existing Microsoft shop, the integration of the SharePoint Online portal with Azure services and PowerBI was the prime solution. Owing to PowerBI, Teams and Azure custom services secured by the Azure Active directory, this solution was a well-rounded choice.
