UX Solutions Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Solutions Architect with 12+ years of experience, to lead our UX/UI team and drive the design and development of exceptional user-centric digital products.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with business objectives, fostering a culture of user-centricity throughout the organization.
Drive discovery work to build personas and user journeys & document user research findings.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of UX professionals, including UX designers and architects, fostering their growth and collaboration.
Establish and maintain UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all enterprise applications.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer, product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a unified and seamless user experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in UX design and delivery. Create user experience and interaction designs to unify our existing product and services suite.

Minimum Qualifications:

Should be Handson and enjoy being a go-getter.
UX Leadership: Extensive experience leading UX design teams, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful user-centric design work.
Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute UX strategies that align with business goals and drive positive user experiences.
UX Research and Analysis: Proficiency in user research methodologies, data analysis, and usability testing.
Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
UX Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, UX research tools.
Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Certification: HFI CUA , HCI or any similar will be preferred Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design or equivalent.
Experience as a board interaction and design in a IT software and solutions company.
Experienced in designing complex and data-intensive products and platforms.
Effective communication and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
