Roles & Responsibilities
  • Candidate will play a key role in driving our business to great heights and driving our revenue growth in parallel.
  • We're looking for a passionate Sales hacker with a track record of proven sales success in Software Solutions/Services in Fortune 1000/500/100 companies.
  • Experience in integrating the Digital transformation of the organization, should understand the Business processes. Products and Digital services.
  • As a Sales Head, you will be: - Forming Strategic Partnerships, building/hunting new logos, Business Development, Building Teams, Client Acquisitions adding successful accounts, and managing long-term relationships.
  • Manage existing accounts and build new potential networks/clients.
  • Create a great impression, generate a good stack of qualified leads, and grow them.
  • Actively participate in conferences and meetups to network with talented individuals.
  • Consultative Selling, facilitating solutions, and leading discussions.
Must Have Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal, Organisational, Presentation, Negotiation & Communication skills.
  • Prior sales experience in selling enterprise software services/solutions and result driven.
  • Track record of successfully selling IT Solutions/IT Services to Directors and C-Level Executives at Fortune 1000/500/100 companies (CTO, CIO, and CEO).
  • Should have prior worked for any of the leading Software Solutions/Services.
  • Consistent track record in running a metric-driven business target with proven results (quarterly/Annually).
  • Should have a solid understanding of how customer acquisition impacts the profitability of our business.
Nice To Have Skills
  • Master’s degree in Sales or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT Sales/Business Consulting/Client facing roles.
  • Should have consistently grown business over the years by achieving great Sales targets.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial start-up environment.
  • Should have experience in developing & building enterprise clients.
  • Strong Client relationships, cross-culture experience, ability to engage with C-level executives across the country, and demonstrated ability to influence the key audience.
  • Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills and a great Team player.
  • Can Roll-up sleeves to work with clients on timely solutions and resolutions.
  • Willing to Travel on short notice.
