FrontEnd Technical Lead (MEAN + MERN + People Leading)

We are seeking a talented and experienced FrontEnd Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience, to lead our FrontEnd team and drive the design and development of exceptional user-centric digital products.

Responsibilities:

Strong real-time hands-on experience in developing Angular 8+ & React JS-based applications with Redux.
Strong expertise in working with Node JS, Express JS, Webpack, and other tools related to React Front End Development.
Strong experience in integrating REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
Experience in designing & developing reusable front-end frameworks, node modules, and tools.
HTML5, CSS3, Object Oriented JavaScript (ES5 & ES6).
Experience in unit testing code with JEST / Enzyme / Jasmine / Mocha / Chai is desired.
Continues Integration, deployment, and version control (Git/SVN).
Good analytical skills.

Additional Responsibility:

Drive client/team discussion, resolve team issues, and handle escalations.
Transform business tasks into technical requirements.
Work with Mongo DB or other No SQL databases.
Work with modern frameworks and design patterns.
Experience with cloud applications will be a plus.
Experience in developing enterprise-level responsive web pages or applications.
Experience in LESS / SASS CSS pre-processors is a plus.
Experience in PHP and Java will be a plus.
Effective communication and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting US clients/working with US Teams is a huge plus.
Ability to mentor junior members of the team.
